ingredients: 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, 4 slices of parma ham, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, approx 20 g parceley, chopped, 3 tablespoons orange marmalade, 2 tablespoons sherry. Method: pre-heat oven to 190 degrees C, lightly greece a baking tray and place the chicken on it. Mix together the parceley and crushed garlic, and sprinkle lightly over each chicken breast. Wrap each chicken breast in a slice of parma ham, then bake in the oven for approx 20/25 minutes. Just before serving, heat together the marmalade and sherry in a saucepan until the marmalade has broken down, remove the chicken from the oven and cut into slices, drizzle over the glaze, serve with new potatoes and salad.

I know that you are from the U.K. sugar baby so could you please convert the temprature for us here in the U.S.? I haven't a clue. Is this ham like bacon? I've never heard of it but the recipe sounds very good.
thanks,

Carla
